This is an on-site role, five days per week, and blends executive partnership with light office-management responsibilities to maintain a well-run, professional, and efficient environment that enables the CEO—and the broader leadership team—to focus on transformative growth initiatives.

Retail Strategist & Practice Lead

Position Overview: The Retail Strategist & Practice Lead will be leading the T Exponents Retail Practice. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to identify and close new clients, maintain existing client accounts, focus on retail division profitability, and ensure successful client delivery of committed projects. This is a client‑facing consulting leadership role with active involvement in delivery. Scope of the Retail Division may include retail companies, franchise operations, eCommerce, supply chain/logistics, and other clients that operate in the Retail ecosystem.

The Retail Strategist & Practice Lead serves as a trusted extension of the company CEO and the partners, maintaining exceptional organization, communication (internally and with prospects and clients) in a fast-moving consulting environment. Success in this role requires a self-starter, good relationship management, emotional intelligence, sound judgment, proactive problem-solving, working with ambiguity, and the utmost discretion, with the ability to anticipate needs while managing multiple complex clients and projects with clarity and precision.
