Co-founders Wendy Kristek and William Joga know that in business, trust is the invisible glue that holds ideas, teams, and leadership together.
When searching for a business partner, Wendy recognized William as someone who fully embodied the principle of trust. His technical brilliance and calm, analytical mindset complemented her visionary leadership and strategic approach.
Together, they formed a partnership that led to T Exponents' inception in 2015, a company built on trust, driven by experience, and guided by integrity.
Heron's Formula teaches that the strength and area of a triangle depend on the relationship between all three sides. In many ways, that reflects T Exponents. While not a conventional triangle, the company is built on the belief that individual strengths, when combined with trust and collaboration, create something greater than the sum of its parts. At its core, T Exponents believes that its greatest strength is its people, investing in their development, well-being, and long-term success.

As the company has grown over the years, it’s welcomed partners and leaders who share the same values and commitment to excellence. In 2022, Kevin Dermody joined the partnership, followed by Justin Civitts in 2023, each bringing unique perspectives and expertise.
